Painting are sold in 3 varieties
Loose Canvas
Stretched (wooden frame underneath the canvas)
Un-stretched and framed
Currently shipping is only available to the UK mainland and is included in the cost of the painting. Any orders placed outside of the UK are subject to additional postage and packaging fees, the buyer will also be responsible for any local tax or import duty.
You are always welcome to arrange a collection in person in the Northeast of England.
Unless mentioned, all canvases are not varnished, unframed and are shipped in a rolled container with protective packaging.
In general varnish dries a lot harder than acrylic, this can lead to cracking when rolled. If you'd like to finish your purchased painting with a coat of varnish, please ask your local framer for this service.
Returns
Every care has been taken to make sure the details of each artwork is as accurate as possible regarding the size and colour. Obviously images online may differ due to variations between browsers and devices. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for a return. However, if the painting is not as you expect, you have 14 days to request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery.
